setcpu users, what are your profiles

I've been messing around for a while and what I've come up with is

Full batt max 1000 min 300
batt<50% max 800 min 300
batt<30% max 600 min 300
all profiles are ondemand
it would appear that battery life is increased but i'm doing some tests to quantify just how much, so what about you?

I've also got the following profiles:
Charging */* 1000 max/300 min; performance
Screen Off 300 max/300 min; ondemand

I'd hope that the screen off profile helps things in general, but I've done absolutely no testing since I've just started using SetCPU today.

Oh yeah I forgot about screen off. Mine is min 300 max 600

Temp >50: 600 max, 300 min
Battery <20%: 600 max, 300 min
Screen off: 600 max, 300 min

Screen off I set it at max min 300 screen on is 1000 800 40% is 800 I think and charging is just 1000

I have mine running max 1.2 max and 400 min on the charging profile. Is it really dangerous to go over the stock 1ghz? Also screen off min400 max400, temp over 47* 700 max and 400min
