Possibly, because you bought it through Amazon. I know, for example, if you buy it directly throught Verizon, then you have 30 days to return it, worry free. But if you buy a verizon phone throught say best buy, im reasonably certain that you would have to pay some kind of fee. So while Amazon and At&t may work differently, my best guess is that yes you will.
