Sending email - what am I missing?

I tried to email a picture and get the notification that I have no email devices set up - what does that mean and what do I need?

Did you setup your email client?

Gmail, yahoo, webmail, what do you have?

Probably not - I am clueless to what I am doing. I set up the gmail account when I got the phone and that is it.

Did you setup the gmail account on the phone or just on the web?

If you didn't set it up on the phone, open the gmail app, it will guide you.

I did set up the gmail from the phone and was actually able to send through gmail - it was when I tried sending with the "email" option not gmail that I got the configured error. I didn't realize there was a difference. Thank you!
