So I need another TB for some reason my power button is sticky and my headphone jack is not working, only question I have is my kickstand peeled a while back and is all scratched up and I know Verizon got strict will all the scratches non sense but they shouldn't give me any issues right ?

i don't see how that could be an issue (especially seeing that a lot of thunderbolts kickstands are peeling, design flaw in my opinion (they should have tested their prototypes better). Also, you're not returning the phone because of the peeling, two other hardware issues failed, and they should honor their warranty....

I have sent back a tb that I have scratched up around the mini usb port and I didnt have an issue. And it was scratched up pretty good.

i returned a phone because of no signal... The day before bringing it in I smashed it into a million pcs. They didnt give me a hard time
