Seidio Innocase came today... Doesn't fit...

I was SO excited to get my autumn gold case today, and the color was beautiful open opening the package! Tried the front piece on, and sure enough, no go.

I was hoping Sedioseidio could be of assistance here, it seems the customer service is already closed?

I didn't have a problem with mine but if you call in the morning they have great customer support.
