Searching for Custom ROM

Currently using a Razr Maxx (rooted) and I am looking for the best ROM to use! I have rooted previously but never used used a custom ROM. Obviously, it would be nice to have the latest leak of JB but I am having trouble finding a source with a.) "all" the downloadable links and b.) a leak that isn't too buggy. So, anyone have some suggestions?

Im running simplex right now, its pretty good, but i might try out evolution, i heard evolution gets great battery life and is very smooth and quick, but check out a bunch and see what one you like.

Cool. Thanks for the advice. I'm currently trying out Eclipse. Pretty smooth- reminds of a "Nexus" feel. I'm monitoring battery life to see how it holds up...the only thing at this point that's negative is I can't get my Facebook notifications to sync through.
