SD3 5.3 - other browsers don't work

I can only seem to get the stock browser to work on this ROM. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not finding anything in "search".

I'm not getting any luck from Firefox or Firefox Beta, but haven't tried others.

Stock Browser Only

I tried to run Dolphin and Chrome with no luck. Is there a fix? Is this a know issue. Running SD 5.6 on Driod 3
