You can manually activate. Dial ##program send. The code is 000000. Choose user activation. Copy down that info. Re-enter it after an sbf to activate.

yea thats the way i had to do it the other day threw verizon and the guy said it was a 50/50 shot if it was going to work or not so I really dont wanna do it bc if it doesnt work im out of a phone for another 2 weeks till i get back home

It should work fine. Those are the only settings activation changes.
