Yup, used the 16g card from my D1 in my wife's razr since it didn't come with one.

I upgraded to a 32GB card quite awhile back when the prices started to drop. I've still got the 16GB card from my original Droid around here somewhere though.

I am using the one that came with my Razr MAXX, but I still have the one from my OG Razr, and Droid X.
