Sd card to internal memory

I have a droid 2 running liquid 3.1. I have run out of space on my sd card. I was wondering how I could use my internal memory also. It has almost all space free. I use astro file manager but I can't transfer my files to the internal memory. Any help would be appreciated.

Settings /manage applications /sd card and move some apps back to phone ...

Is there any way to move individual files such as videos and what not? If I can which directory should it be put in?
