sd card mount/unmount sound no longer plays

I updated to 2.2 this morning before I found that it was supposedly being suspended. The only issue I am having is that when I turn my droid on or off, it doesn't play the "DROID" sound anymore. All it does is vibrate.

I have my notification ringtone set to it. Is there something else I can select?
