SD CARD Malfunction? WTF

Uh, so I'm checking my Twitter account, something I do throughout the day, and these random messages show up on the phone? I took two screen shots to show what came up? My SD card is randomly erased? Before I freak out, what is going on here?

It's a standard 16gb micro sd. Had it probably 2 years now....

Sounds like your SD card is corrupt. It has happened to me before i lost a lot of pictures and music.

I would back them all up on your PC, buy a new one. They are relatively cheap now and not worth the hassle dying on you last minuet and not having anything backed up.
