SD Card is driving me CRAZY!!!

Okay I have been setting up my wifes Incredible. I have a droid for myself and did the same steps to copy music and videos over to her phone. I mount the SD card on my computer and can see some folders but not all. Then when I use Astro on the phone I see another set of folders but not the ones I created with the PC. I tried upper and lower case words and still no luck. I know the music and videos are on the phone since the music player can see them. But I download another player and it doesn't see them. I tried ringdroid and it can't find any music. How do I get the phone to see the folders?

Okay, I didn't notice that they mount as 2 seperat drives!! I have renamed the card and I will give it another shot.

Thanks!!!!

My internal shows up as the F drive, and the SD shows up as the G drive on my PC, I install all my music and family photos on the G drive.

I don't know if this applies to you but it did help on my incredible...

On the sd card, make a "media" folder if one doesn't already exist. In that folder create an "audio" "pictures" and "video" folders. In the "audio" folder create these folders "alarms" "music" "notifications" "ringtones". Why do this you say? For one it keeps your **** organized. The other reason is that it adds your content to the list of factory content when you are trying to set ringtones, notifications, alarms on the phone. Not to mention it all shows up in the right places now. Now that your folders are created start adding your stuff to them.

FYI the phone lables the internal storage /emmc and external storage /sdcard. They should be the only folders with -rw permissions.
