Sd card is damaged

Is there anything I can do to get my stuff back...I don't wanna have to reformat it

I think you will have to be more descriptive about the damage. Is it physical or corrupted? Try posting in the rescue squad (sorry if it already is, I didn't look). If data is recoverable, they will help you get it. Good luck, and I hope I was some help.
