Sd card help please

Ok just got my rezound Friday love it came from a dinc 2 put my sd card in its all cool but I noticed everything saving to sd but just found that the internal phone memory is called sdcard so everything goes there and not my sd card please help me on this my ring tones and backgrounds save to phone and not sd same with video's

When you sync your phone to the PC it should show two different letter drives, mine does, plus the internal drive on the phone should only have 10 to 11 gb left on it, the rest is taken up with the O S and system files.

I get all that the problem is my internal memory is named mnt sdcard so everything saves to the phone
