Scrolling within a webpage-no can do

I am wondering if there is a fix for a problem I am having. If I get to a webpage that has a item in it that I can scroll through on my computer, my droid will not scroll through this area on the screen. It scrolls the page fine but within the page it won't scroll that area. By,within the page, I mean what this text box does when you get more lines than what is shown. Anyone that can help?
