Scrolling screen panels gone.

My wifes phone has all of a sudden lost half her screen panels, she used to have 5 now she has 2, she admits to sitting on it so obviously its some sort of setting we can't find, the phone works fine but she can't fit much on the 2 panels when she is used to cluttering it up with angry birds and such and what not and so on..

While on the home screen, press your menu key and look for the option of "edit" - you will be able to add / remove screens there...
