Is there a way that you could do screen shots pictures from the Samsung Galaxy 3 itself?? If not let me know what app to download in order to do that

Its a native feature of ICS up. Press and hold power + volume down at the same time for a second or two.

That's how it is on the moto phones, I apologize if that's not accurate for the S3. Worth a try.

If you have it turned on under motions setting then its just a swipe of the palm.
