Hold volume down + power off for 2 seconds, then you have a screenshot.
Or use screenshot ER from market.

Just tried the volume down plus power button.
Didn't work.

drocap works, the power and volume down only works on ICS, for GB drocap is the way to go.

I use and love Screenshot UX, requires root though. I use that even though I have ICS I like it better.
