Screen stuck sideways?

Woke up this morning and everything I open like text, email, app drawer, anything opens sideways. Its only to the left. I can turn it to the right and it doesn't change. I guess something broke in it? What should I do?

I tried turning it off and on again, that didn't work. So I pulled the battery out with it on and that fixed it.
