screen lock

How can I enable facial recognition screen unlock. I'm on 4.4.

Well, it's in Settings->Security & Screen Lock->Screen Lock, listed as "Face Unlock". If it is unavailable to you, it may be because you have set up Exchange sync and the policy does not allow face unlock as an unlock method.

Thank you for your reply, as well as I apologize. I should have mentioned that my question is with regard to the fact that the option is not available. I tried disabling all device managers, etc. No results.
I don't use an exchange server.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try settings / Security & screen lock / Clear credentials. It could be that...

Also, have you encrypted the phone? Do you have a VPN set up? Have you installed a WiFi hotspot app like FoxFi?

I have the Verizon Hotspot service activated.
Will clearing the credentials also delete my saved log ins?

I don't know. Clearing credentials is supposed to fix the face unlock problem, though, if that's what you want.
