Screen Lock Sounds

Hey,
All android phones (well most, anyhow) make a clicking noise when you lock or unlock the screen.

my question is, can you change them? if so, how?

I tried both of those methods neither works. I'm at a complete loss. I even tried DELETING the lock sounds and it still plays the default lock sounds... the only thing I can think of is the droid 4 has its lock sounds in a different location... anyone have any experience or advise with this??
