Screen lock during phone calls

I've noticed recently that the screen lock will come up while I'm in a phone call. To end the call I have to unlock the screen. Today though the screen remained locked while I was receiving a incoming call.

Also has anyone else had problems where the phone call audio stops working after using Pandora?

i have the same issues. and i have to unlock my phone to see caller id which is annoying me.. anyone have the same issues??
