Screen issues and speed issues

Ok this S4 is killing me with how slow it is! Like 5 seconds to open something or switch screens. Also things just close on me and the screen turns white or black.

Called verizon and they said wipe it then one by one download my apps and see which o e is causing my issue. I get why they said that but dang were they not super helpful. (Go figure)

I am dreading a full wipe because I do NOT want to rearrange my screens again. I just want things back where I had them.

Any advice? I'm frustrated

Try an app called Clean Master that should help speed things up

What does it do? I don't know how comfortable I am with using an app to clear up my phone.

The app is harmless and won't damage your phone. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose.

It is a good app. It's not a task killer, but removes useless cache. Before it does that it gives you a list, so you have a choice on a total clean or unselecting apps.
