Screen Go black after slide keyboard. Please Check My Video

At the title describes, i have a problem with the phone. After sliding out keyboard, screen goes black.

I have tried to make it more clear with the video.

Sorry, we must've missed this...or it is not a common problem that others have experienced. Unfortunately, it appears that it is a hardware problem and you may be limited to only using the phone without the slide out keyboard. You could contact Motorola, explain the problem and get an estimated cost to fix it.

my girlfriends phone does this as well. and sometimes even with out the keyboard it will not work. just a black screen even after a battery pull. tried everything software related. so its just junk

Yesterday i have replaced the flex cable , and its working perfect again. Black screen of death also solved.
( i also found a crack on the old flex cable )
Taking all parts out wasnt easy, be carefull with it
