Screen freezes often?

So these past 2 weeks I've noticed my phone being realllly strange. I really don't understand at all, I've tried different ROMs, wiping, but I get nothing. I don't know how to fix it, this is the first time it has ever done this. I included two pictures, so please look at them and tell me if you all have ever had any problems like this.
