I dropped my phone last night and I have a small spider crack in the upper left hand corner of the screen. The screen is blank and will not show anything. I don't really feel comfortable sending my phone back with all my info and pictures on it. Is there any way to clear all the data when you don't have the screen available? I really dont want to send it back with all my junk on there. Can you do a factory reset from a computer?
