Screen Blacking Out

I just powered off my phone. Once started again, the phone just started black screening while I am using it. Any ideas?

MOTOROLA RAZR SCREEN KEEPS BLACKING OUT on and OFF

My RAZR has been acting up too? When screen turns off, it turns off for good and I have to constantly hold down on/off button for a minute to get it to turn back on. Phone will still ring when screen goes blank, call indicator goes on and blinks, but screen remains black? This problem has gotten worse to a point I cannot rely on phone any longer, any ideas on what is wrong or how to fix it. I do not download or add many apps, and no changes were made in recent months which might have had a virus, so I am wondering if any updates were infected. Thanks.
