SBF'd to 2.3.3 / got root / how do I get to 2.3.4 stock with root?

I sbf'd to 2.3.3 and was able to acquire root. Now I installed rootkeeper and want to get to 2.3.4 stock but maintain root. My check for updates option is grayed out on my phone. Ideas?

I was able to find / download / install the 20 mb update file to install and get me up to 2.3.4
