I've never rooted my phone but sometime s when I restart my phone it says custom with a picture of an unlocked padlock on the screen. What does this mean ?

That happened to me too. I googled it and people said that this happens whenever the system code it's manipulated or something but I never found a very good answer so who knows

That u have a phone that someone has unlocked the bootloader. previously owned if you didn't do

No, not necessarily. My phone has never been rooted nor has the bootloader ever been unlocked. But yet, from time to time, the same unlocked lock and word custom shows up when the phone is booting up. It's not there every time I reboot the phone, but it is there sometimes. I've seen several potential explanations for it, but nothing concrete.
