Samsung Officially Announces Galaxy S III Coming in 4 New Colors

Galaxy S III fans who were not too thrilled with the current color schemes can rejoice. Samsung just officially announced four new colors that the newer SGS3 devices might have as an option in the future. Here they are:

• "Amber Brown"
• "Garnet Red"
• "Sapphire Black"
• "Titanium Gray"

There is one sad caveat to this however. Apparently the availability of these colors will depend upon your country and carrier.

Well I'm pretty sure the black one is coming to the US as I think I saw a commercial with the black one somewhere.

I have an S3 and I love having the physical home button.

As for the colors, I like that brown. I have a feeling that there will be conversion kits and at the very least, replacement back plates. Either way, I'm still happy with my Marble Blue and really, how many of us have cases. I don't use one, but I have them for when I travel or something.

So they could release it months later and get new people to buy it. Kind of like why Sony puts out countless versions of its Playstation console.

I'm digging that red. If these colors go to T-Mobile in September, I might be tempted to switch even sooner.

The Titanium Grey is the sexiest of the bunch. If it had been available, that's definitely the one I would have went for when I got mine, with the black coming in at a distant second. But I'm perfectly fine with the blue one I have.
