At MWC this year, Samsung issued a press invite that was an obvious indirect confirmation of the launch of the Galaxy S IV on March 14th. This morning they blasted out another invite that is meant for the general public. It's another not so subtle way to keep the hype-monster fed, and tease the launch of the Galaxy S4. They are holding a massive event in Times Square in New York on March 14th. Attendants will get to watch the livestream of the event and “experience Samsung’s new flagship smartphone”.
Besides the obvious hints of splashing the number 4 all over their invites, there may actually be a very subtle hint to be found about the device in the background. If you look closely, you will see a dot pattern. Many folks in the industry are speculating that this is actually a closeup of the back of the SGS4. We can't know for sure, but they did do the same thing with their previous press invite, so it's a distinct possibility. We will know for sure in just a couple of weeks!
