Safestrap Stuck Enabled

When trying to toggle safe system getting a error when backing up image of /data. then it will not disable safestrap. before i installed the other rom i made a back up . any thoughts?

Had to use rsd lite 5.6 and start from scratch with motofail for root back to normal
