Safe to use Nandroid Backup?

So I updated with the OTA update leak and I don't like it.. lol. Plus I'm having some issues where Bootstrap keeps requesting Superuser Permissions when I reboot my phone even though it's on allow.

Is it safe to use my Nandroid Backup to go back to the previous 2.2 update?

Yes, I've used mine a few times today experimenting and once was going from the leaked update back to stock/rooted
