S3 stuck in boot loop

Hey guys. Just tried to update to the snapshot that was released on 5/4 and now I am stuck in a boot loop. I was upgrading from jellybean. I can't enter recovery. How do I get my phone out of this boot loop?

Try pulling the battery for 10 minutes.

Done that. It is a verizon s3 running cyanogenmod. Should have stated that. Sorry.

Hey Sierra...did you get your phone fixed up yet? There are several things you can try. We just need a bit more information of the exact process you went though before you went into boot loop. Were you trying to flash a CM update/nightly thing? I'm not as familiar with cyanogenmod roms as others. If you're still stuck there may someone who can help you over on our dedicated Galaxy S3 sister site.

I had cm 10.xx can't remember which. I was trying to update to the snapshot released on 5/4. I just ran an ota cm update to update to the snapshot.
