S3 Battery ?

Is the S3 battery the same as the Galaxy Nexus extended battery 2100mah? I bought various extra batteries our phones. The wife is moving to the S3. Would be nice to use existing stock as backup.

I believe I saw on rootzwiki that the extended gnex battery was the same.
