S translator not translating

Just recently my S4's translator stop working. I use it all the time as I am taking French lessons and this is very frustrating. Every time I say a word it says unauthorized account. What gives? This is my phone! I tried clearing the cache and data but still the same thing. what is wrong with it?

Clear cache and data of the translator and look on first launch for TOS, mostly it will popup or mentioned on the first screen.
