Here's a strange one to be calling a rumor, since it apparently comes directly from a Samsung exec. Supposedly, Young Soo Kim, Samsung Gulf Electronics president recently made a statement at a Dubai conference confirming that there will be a partially ruggedized version of the Galaxy S4 coming. Kim specifically indicated a water-proof and dust-proof version of the device would be coming eventually. Not other details were shared, but we will keep an eye out to find out if this was simply a misunderstanding or if it turns out to be accurate.
