A Sprint UAProf was recently leaked which may just be the new LG G3. The document basically reveals the full specs of the new flagship from LG, and if this is correct, many of us might be disappointed. Here are the specs as revealed in the UA Profile:

  • Processor: 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974)
  • Operating system: Google Android 4.4.2 KitKat
  • Cellular connectivity: LTE / EVDO / IS2000
  • Other connectivity: GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
  • Display: 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560)
  • RAM: 3GB of RAM
  • Internal storage: 32gb
  • External storage: MicroSD cards up to 64GB
  • Rear-facing camera: 13MP (Highest Image Resolution:4160×3120)
  • Front-facing camera: 2.1M (Camcorder Resolution:1920×1080)
As you can see, there are some things to be happy about. The phone will have a large 2K display and 3GB of RAM. Unfortunately, this puts to bed rumors that the device will have the Snapdragon 805 or even the 801. What do you think of these specs if it turns out to be true?

My G2 has a 1" larger screen than the droid razr that I had before it, but it doesn't feel any bigger to me. The lack of bezel on these phones makes a big difference overall.

I'm not really disappointed in it not having the latest SoC, I suspect it really isn't even necessary.

An extra GB of RAM, bigger screen, external storage... The s800 is a beast... I am perfectly fine after a year with my HTC one's s600.
I am sure the camera is going to be improved as well.

Keep in mind the S800 just may be a US variant. The international version just may show up with the S801. Can't see LG jumping to the S805. Hey ya never know.

Don't forget the LG G Pro 2. Its specs are similar to these leaked G3 specs but with at 5.9 inch 1080 screen

I don't think it will come with S800. it's probably just prototype spec. This is just like G2 + 2K screen.
It should be 2.5Ghz S801 at least if not 805 in G3.
