rsdlite problems

I've tried to sbf phone a couple of times and it fails everytime on the flash process i have rsdlite 4.8 and using a 2.3.20 sbf to flash and idk why but it always fails am i doing something wrong? here's the error i get:

Are you setting your phone to pc mode? And if you cannot get it to power up all the way can you get it to the bootloader screen? If so you should be able to flash it.

Yep I am! It's not like I need to sbf this moment its just for future reference I have nandroid backups of stock but just to be on the safe side I wanna figure out why it isn't working

Do you have the latest moto drivers? I was using rsd 4.8 to flash with no issues.

That could be my prob... cause I do recall not knowing which pc driver to download was it pc driver 1 or 2

It should be based on your computers os (32 or 64bit). Im pretty sure 1 was for 32 and 2 was for 64. Find the tbh thread on 2.3.20 and you should find everything you need there, that's what I used when I had my D2.

Question? I've been trying to get my phone to boot after doing the above. I can now get to boot loader but it say battery low. It's not charging at all now. What do I do?
