Unable to SBF

When i try to sbf i get

Also i cant seem to get in to recovery mode.

Finally got mine fixed
Open RDS Light
Go to Config
Flash/Flex Options
Check ODM_Serial
Check Restart after flexing

have you tried gettin into Factory Recovery by pressing (Home button, camera, power button)...and do a factory reset, and if you would go to the thread posted in MyDroidWorld with the GB download, they have a file you can install if you have a Broken recovery.....

That file isn't for installation until after you've installed the rooted version of Gingerbread. That will not help with a sbf problem.
