RSD Lite and Fission ROM

My apologies if this thread is in the wrong spot. Would someone please help me. I can't find a good link for RSD Lite. I also need to know where I can get the the FISSION ROM. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any and all help.
