Rooting Droid Razr Maxx running new ICS

is there a way to easily root the droid razr maxx running the new android update with ICS....I hate all of that bloatware. Looking for a way to get rid of it.

Go here http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-razr-hacks/216562-droid-razr-utility-1-8-a.html and download that tool to your PC, and also the Motorola drivers. Install the drivers, then unzip the utility to your desktop. You will need to put your phone into Debugging mode before running the utility, then you'll then run the DroidRAZRUtility.bat file, and I believe it's menu selection 2 for ICS Root.

You may also want to run selection 3 afterwards, and to protect your root with Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper, and then afterwards you may want to run selection 4 to install Bootstrap or selection 5 to install Safestrap (if you plan on trying new ROMs frequently), but NOT BOTH 4 & 5!!
