Rooting Bionic adb not recognized? ICS

I tried all of the bionic rooting methods but I get an error stating adb not recognized. I updated the latest MOTO drivers as well. Any ideas? Thanks

You on ICS? You using razrs edge root method? Using bionic USB cable? USB debugging checked? Phone in mtp mode? Did you unzip razrs edge to desk top? If yes to all, you may need to try a factory reset. Then try to root.

Great!! Now install safe strap 3.11 and flash some custom ROMs on that beast.
