Now that I've rooted my Droid, what are some cool have-to-have apps out there. I've added the Tethering app already, it works cool.

SetCPU - overclocker
Root Uninstaller - Get rid of system apps (bloatware)
Screenshot - self explanatory
AdFree - Blocks ads from popping up in apps
Root Explorer - Access to all files on your device and sdcard
Rom Manager - Download roms, kernels and recoveries right from this app
Titanium Backup - Backup EVERYTHING on your phone
Wireless Tether For Root Users - Turns phone into wifi hotspot

That's about all I can think of for now. I'd get a home replacement too. In my opinion I would get either ADWLauncher EX or LauncherPro.
