Is a good idea to take my DINC and do a factory reset even tho Im rooted? if so how do I do it and what do I do about my card and texts and all that jazz. None of my email apps work and cannot get the widget to work for them either. dropping calls and not downlaodng pic messages i no the verizon next step is factory reset but they dont no im rooted so I trust you people to lead me in the right direction and when its done I want to try a different rom. Im due for upgrade so if the phone craps out I can get a samsung charge or droidx. but like my phone except for rght now lol. ANY HELP?????
