Rooted Droid in new VZW commercial?

In the VZW commercial showing a mom and her daughter in a mall, the mom pulls out what looks like a Droid with a black status bar similar to HTC's UI. Has anyone else seen this or am I just crazy?

Good point. You'd never be able to capture a screen that bright on film. Still, it's interesting, and one has to wonder why Verizon has anything like that in the first place.
