Rooted Bionic locking up during games

I have rooted my bionic and installed the ICS rom. I love it and it runs great. One downside that I have found (for me atleast) is that my phone locks up during some games. I have tried 'Bag It,' 'Cut the Rope,' and 'where's my water?' These work for about a minute and then they lock up and cause the droid to reboot. Any info? Any settings I may need to change so I can play my games? Thanks!

I think its an issue that many people are having, myself included. Words with friends doesn't work well with the ICS alpha. You can check the ICS thread at rootzwiki.
