Rooted Application Issue

My wife has a rooted Droid 1...I decided last night to change her over from Bugless Beast into Lithium Mod and we are having some issues. She lost just about every app, which I understand. One of the main problems is, though, that her Marketplace is gone. A few other standard apps that are usually there are also gone. I looked in Applications, settings, everywhere I could think of, and I can't find the Marketplace. How do I go back? ROM Manager isn't even downloaded anymore, so I can't change the Lithium Mod. I can't go to the marketplace to get it, becuase it doesn't exist. Any help is appreciated.

Try doing a recovery to a working ROM and reflashing again?
