So I rooted my phone using Z4. I backed up all my apps using Titanium and then I did a test uninstall of City ID. I could not reinstall it.
I found City ID online and downloaded it and it works. But apparently I need to change permissions in it so it will show up like it did stock. Right now it shows up under my downloads. I need help with this and then I will create another NANDROID backup so I can set it back to stock if need be.
